From efficient storage solutions, comfortable sleeping areas, and private sanitation facilities, each unit is equipped with all the necessary programs and more. The upper terrace areas and
ground floor greenspace acts as shared spaces that encourage social interaction and support, fostering a sense of community among residents. The integration of a slope on the roof for the rainwater collection system on top of each module allows for water to be collected from rainfall and used within each household, ensuring energy efficiency and minimizing environmental impact.

Modular Haven is a well-thought-out modular design thatprioritizes functionality and comfort. Starting from one single form, the structure is able to evolve to five different stages depending
on if more space is required or to accommodate changing needs, ensuring that residents have the flexibility to adapt their living spaces over time. These modules are then aligned to fit together in
a staggering motion that creates interstitial spaces for activities.
